Adobe premiere black clip manager7/2/2023 I currently have switched back to game ready drivers. But, switching to studio drivers caused Premiere Pro to have a crash message (nothing helpful, as far as I can see), instead of just crashing out of the blue. YYYY-MM-DD 2 - EDIT: Also, for me, switching to studio drivers, opposed to the game ready drivers, has not worked for me. This does not happen for me, as the audio cuts off while the screen is black. YYYY-MM-DD 2 - EDIT: I've noticed some people on other threads with the same problem have audio still playing, only a black screen. I will start putting dates on all updates and post edits. YYYY-MM-DD 1 - UPDATE: I have not had this happen since I updated to 511.79, so this driver may actually have fixed the problem, but I can not say for sure yet. A new version, 511.79 just came out, so I will update the post if it happens again with those. Thanks!!ĮDIT: It happened again after updating to 511.65. The solution was pointed out by /u/Nicolas313. SOLUTION: As of February 13, 2022, the only currently working solution is to switch to Game Ready drivers ver 511.65. (NOTE: The following solution was later proven not to work) If I find any solution, it will be posted here. TL DR My computer hates me, and I can't get any work done.ĮDIT: I have currently switched to DaVinci Resolve, and it doesn't only happen on Premiere now. This doesn't happen on ANYTHING other than Premiere Pro. I have a deadline and even if I didn't, I still need to use Premiere Pro. Malware is ruled out, but I've still done several scans with multiple antiviruses. I've tried every fix possible, including but not limited to:Ĭhanging back and forth from Mercury Playback Engine Software only and the GPU CUDA one in Premiere My GPU is an Nvidia RTX 3060 (Not Ti), and I've done a clean install of the newest game ready drivers. 141 and 117 are both caused by nvlddmkm.sys, and I don't know about 1a8 and 1b8. In "View all problem reports", the ones that I have had recurring over and over are code 141, 117, 1a8, and 1b8. It is not an issue with the HDMI cable as I've tried 2 different ones. The same glitch I just mentioned also happens when I disconnect and re-plug in the HDMI cable. This is fixed by going to task manager, and restarting file explorer. ![]() Sometimes when it happens on the monitor, after coming back, I will have no desktop, taskbar is empty, and the windows I open all have weird graphical issues where they are duplicating themselves. Though, when this happens on my monitor, after turning to the black screen, it will turn back to normal, and Premiere will crash. When this happens during my computer being connected to my TV, usually it stays black and requires a force restart. ![]() 1-2 minutes, when I go to click on an app in the taskbar to switch, my mouse and screen will freeze, my mouse will then disappear, and the screen will go black. ![]() (Only if on Windows) Motherboard name (Hit the Windows key + R, type "msinfo32" without the quotes, and look under "BaseBoard Product")Įvery time I work on Adobe Premiere Pro, no matter the project, after approx.
